Now that this has been handled by the airport baggage guerillas a few times, I'm happy to say that it's not as shiny, but it has held up well to their abuse... no dents, no broken wheels, no busted handles. If you like a very simple piece of luggage, this is it, there's no real thrills here. Fit and finish is good, not great; when latched, one side closes solid and the other has a slight gap due to the lock catch placement, because of this, it doesn't receive 5 stars. Over all, I like it and feel it should last a long time especially since I'm not a frequent flier.
I like the look and feel of the item. The issue i have is the handle on the top of the bag is very wobbly and loose and I am not sure it that is the way it is supposed to be or if something is wrong. So i would say the carry on is nice, just concerned about whether it will hold up down the road.

A true delight. Very light. I’ve taken it on about 10 trips now and it has the dents to prove it. But that’s the point. It wears well. I worry about the wheels long term, but for now they are holding up well.
