GLx2 suitcases are covered by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the wheels, handles, locks, and aluminum shell.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic dents and scratches, misuse, and airline damage are not covered.
Repair or replacement
For an approved warranty claim, GLx2 will repair or replace the affected suitcase or component at its discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
How to request warranty service
Email info@glx2.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the issue will help us review your claim. Please contact us before sending your suitcase so we can provide instructions.
